Order Processing: Orders are processed within 2hrs of purchase.

Shipping Days: Orders are shipped daily exception of public holidays.

Order Addresses: Orders are sent to the delivery address submitted with your order. Please ensure this address is correct or shipping charges for the return of the parcel and resending the parcel will be charged to you.

Order Tracking: All orders are assigned a tracking ID. Your parcel can be tracked to the point of delivery. In some International countries, it may not be possible to track your parcel past the point of exit as the postal provider in your country may not provide this as a service.

International Orders

  • Tax: International orders are not subject to sales tax.

  • Countries: We ship to all Countries

  • Shipping Times: All shipments vary from country to country - please allow 2-8 weeks for delivery during Covid-19

  • Other Charges: You may be required to pay duties, taxes or other customs charges on your order when received in your country. We are not responsible for those fees and these will be payable by you.

Missing, damaged or incorrect orders: Please report missing parcels, damaged or incorrectly filled orders to support@yourmoontime.com within 30 days. Please quote your order number with your email.

Liability: We do not accept liability for loss or damage as a result of late delivery or for loss or damage arising from items that may have been lost, stolen, damaged after goods have been delivered. Please check the returns page for additional information.
