You are eligible for a replacement if the item you received has a manufacturing fault or is damaged. Please notify us within 14 days of receipt of your goods by emailing Support@yourmoontime.com along with a photo of the goods and your order number and we will arrange a replacement. Any damaged or faulty goods must be returned prior to receiving the replacement and we will provide you with a reply-paid address to return the goods to.
If a replacement is not available you will be offered another product of equal or greater value or you may receive a refund.
Exchanges & Refunds
All exchanges or refunds must be pre-approved prior to returning the goods. For personal hygiene reasons, no exchanges are permitted on sanitary products and underwear unless they are deemed to have a manufacturing defect.
If you are not satisfied with a product that you ordered online, please email us at Support@yourmoontime.com within 14 days of receiving your parcel stating the reason you are not satisfied.
Returned products, must be unused and in the original packaging with any tamper-evident seals in place for a refund of the cost of goods. Please package goods carefully when returning the items as we cannot be liable for any damage of goods caused in transit. You will be provided with a reply-paid address to send the item to once the exchange or refund has been pre-approved.
Please allow up to 7 working days for the refund to be processed back to your original payment method after we have received it. We will notify you via email once the refund has been made.
